Coal Division of EIPL offers coal consultancy services to coal industry in India and abroad on ‘concept to commissioning’ basis or part their of such as :-
· Evaluation of coal blocks as strategic business unit (SBU)
· Topographical/ Detailed survey & preparation of mining plan and approval from MOC
· Hydrological survey
· EIA study, preparation of EMP and environment clearance from MOEF
· Stage I and Stage II Forestry clearance from MOEF
· Mining lease approval from state/central Govt
· SIA/Economic base line survey & preparation of R&R plan
· Land acquisition and compensation to project affected families
· Planning, design and drawing of power supply system, private siding, CHP/ washery and other infrastructures
· Preparation of NIT for contracts/equipment procurement and Bid evaluation
· Formulation of Turn-Around Strategy for existing establishment/mines
