The current manpower strength of Energy Infratech is 353 in engineering, management and technical & administrative support staff including hydro as well as thermal division. Out of 353 employees, 259 are in the Hydro Division, 38 are in the Corporate Office and 56 are in the Thermal Division. Of this manpower, 130 employees are posted at various site offices for project monitoring and supervision activities. Hydro and Thermal Divisions consists of 248 technical and technical support personnel, 30 management, accounts, finance and law professionals, and 57 personnel in administrative support functions, the division is positioned to offer design and engineering expertise as well as project management, ensuring timely completion of the project,
It is expected that an additional 150 employees will be recruited by the end of 2008.
