The current manpower strength of Energy Infratech is 434 in engineering, management and technical & administrative support staff including hydro as well as thermal division. Out of 434 employees, 289 are in the Hydro Division, 45 are in the Corporate Office and 100 are in the Thermal Division. Of this manpower, 180 employees are posted at various site offices for project monitoring and supervision activities. Hydro and Thermal Divisions consists of 305 technical and technical support personnel, 46 management, accounts, finance and law professionals, and 83 personnel in administrative support functions, the division is positioned to offer design and engineering expertise as well as project management, ensuring timely completion of the project,

It is expected that an additional 150 employees will be recruited by mid of 2010.
