We conduct and participate in a range of training programs that encompass the technological, managerial and behavioral growth of our people. To groom the employees for assuming positions of higher responsibility, as well as to provide specific need-based interventions, employees are encourage to regularly attend relevant seminars and conferences organized by professional bodies. Training efforts work across various levels within the organization to ensure uniformity of learning opportunities, whether in technical skills or soft skills areas.
As part of an institutional learning and employee development process, employee knowledge sharing sessions are conducted every fortnight by pooling in-house talent.
As a part of our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) scheme, fresh entrants through campus recruitment from premier institutes go through a one year training program. Besides a comprehensive one year training comprising theoretical inputs as well as on-the-job training, the new recruits are also sent to various power projects across the country to familiarize them with various aspects of design, construction and commissioning.
We are constantly looking at newer technologies, newer ideas, better tools, newer processes and ways to improve what we do. Learning is an ongoing process at Energy Infratech.
